Marc Mecuri from Microsoft creates a simple Personal Government Mashup using free StrikeIron APIs.

Marc Mecuri (aka MashupGuy) of Microsoft created a simple Government Personalization Mashup using StrikeIron Super Developer Pack APIs.

While demonstrating Cardspace for Personalization, Marc used a self-issued information card and StrikeIron Zip Code data to provide personalization on a persons first visit to a website. This Personal Government web site takes a single bit of personal information - a zip code - and retrieve data across multiple data sources for a personalized expereince. With 4 free StrikeIron web services, he creates a nice mix of useful info --especially as election season looms closer.

To see the video where Marc points out these features, visit his blog: Living in a World of Connected Systems and look for his Cardspace for Personalization - Personalization in Public Sector post. Thanks Marc!
