What do I need to do to upgrade from a One Time Purchase to a pay per month option? Do I buy another service or can I upgrade this version.

One-Time-Purchase keys are good for 90 days, after which time they expire. They can not be upgraded with more hits or to a monthly or annual subscription. You must purchase a new license if you require more hits.
