I am calling our web service using StrikeIron and it works fine from Excel. But must I click refresh every time to get the data? I was thinking of adding a command button with VB 6.0 code as a macro. Which will actually call the StrikeIron web service when I click the button, instead of refreshing the service every time? It is much easier and gives a nice look. For that I need to know the StrikeIron Excel API, and what it calls when I click the refresh button. Can you please refer me to your documentation, if there is any? Thanks a lot for the help! You can see the following document for SOAExpress: http://www.strikeiron.com/doc/SOAExpressforExcelUserGuide.pdf Page 29 will show you how to add a button to your worksheet. |
