I use the SMS service and I have trouble generating messages that have accented characters. Axis is generating a utf-8 soap envelope with a MessageText that contains an xml character entity, e.g.:
Su inscripción ha sido procesada satisfactoriamente. Felicidades!
Is there any reason the web service wouldn't handle this? The error response simply says "Failed message delivery."
