I have tried both the StrikeIron Address Distance Calculator and the StrikeIron MapQuest service and the distance between two addresses is reported differently. Which one is most accurate?

Both services are accurate, but they report different distances. The Address Distance Calculator service returns the straight line distance between addresses while the MapQuest service provides the driving distance.
